Our group coaching programs are designed to provide meaningful support, practical strategies, and a strong sense of connection for individuals navigating different life stages.
Each group runs in a focused 6 week format, allowing participants the time and structure needed to build skills, create new habits, and see real progress. Session length and pricing may vary by group.
We currently offer groups for students transitioning to college, parents, and retirees.

Our college transition groups are designed for graduating high school seniors preparing for the shift to college life. Students learn how to manage their time, stay organized, build routines, and develop the independence needed to succeed. The group also focuses on building confidence, reducing overwhelm, and helping students feel prepared and supported as they enter this next chapter. Facilitated by Jennifer Litvak and Guest Coaches

Our parent coaching groups are designed to help you better support your teen with ADHD and executive functioning challenges. You will learn practical tools to guide independence, reduce daily stress, improve communication, and create more effective structure at home, all while connecting with other parents who truly understand what you are experiencing. Our retiree coaching groups focus on helping individuals navigate this next chapter with purpose and clarity. Whether you are adjusting to a new routine, looking to stay mentally engaged, or exploring what comes next, these groups provide structure, accountability, and a supportive space to reflect, plan, and move forward with confidence. Our Social Skills & Networking Group is a hybrid program, serving the NY/NJ area, helps young adults build confidence in social and professional settings. Participants develop skills for starting conversations, reading social cues, managing social anxiety, and forming meaningful connections.
The group provides practical strategies, guided practice, and a supportive environment where you can connect with others and feel less alone while building real world social and networking skills. This group is facilitated by Jennifer Litvak
Across all of our groups, participants build confidence, strengthen key life skills, and experience the powerful reminder that they are not alone. The group setting fosters connection, shared learning, and ongoing support, making growth more sustainable and meaningful.
