Jenn is an ADHD trained Life Coach focused on working with individuals and groups from teens to adults. She has a tremendous amount of experience working with college students and young adults helping them to develop their time management, life balance, leadership, and organization skills. She loves working with clients to reach their full potential. As a Life Coach, she helps individuals build self-confidence and recognize their strengths to help overcome obstacles.
As a parent of a 2E teen/ young adult (ADHD and gifted) she understands the needs and challenges that come with transitioning kids to adulthood. As a parent, you are constantly toeing the line between parenting and allowing them to develop the skills to soar on their own. It can be frustrating and rewarding at the same time. Jenn will work with both teens/young adults and parents to help them through this process. As an adult who has been managing her ADHD successfully since she was diagnosed at the age of 18, she has so much to offer adult clients as well.

Jenn is an ADHD trained Life Coach who studied with (AADCA) ADD Coaching Academy, Albany, NY. She holds a Master's degree from Central Connecticut State University in Educational Leadership with a focus in College Student Development. She has over 25 years of experience working with college students and young adults. Her coaching follows the core competencies and ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC). She holds a AACC certification from AADCA. As well as, holding an ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation. She also went through a specialized Family Training program through ADDCA.

Shannon received her B.S. in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta and her M.A. in School Counseling from Manhattan College. Shannon is a Certified School Counselor, an International Coaching Federation - Certified Coach, and a Certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach.
Biography:
Shannon has been practicing mindfulness and meditation for over 10 years. She studied with Mindful Schools and is a student of TM - transcendental meditation.Shannon has been helping students achieve academically and socially in college for over ten years in such roles as; Adjunct Professor, School Counselor, Director of Student Development and campus Life, and Academic Advisor. She is currently working as an Academic Advisor for the Rutgers Business School.
Shannon is also a mother of three children: a college graduate, a current college student, and a high school student.

With a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University New England, I have honed my expertise through a range of training and certifications. My qualifications include Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mediation, and Certified Guardian ad Litem, as well as extensive knowledge in mindfulness and "Best Year Yet" workshops. I have also successfully completed the ICF-accredited coach training with ADDCA in 2021, Family Coaching with ADDCA (project in progress, 2022), and achieved AACC certification in August 2022. Currently, I am diligently working towards obtaining ICF and PAAC certifications, further enhancing my professional credentials. Additionally, I am an active member of CHADD, ADDA, and ACO, and I have had the privilege of serving as both Past President and President-Elect of the NH Branch of the American Counseling Association.

I can wholeheartedly relate to these experiences, for I am an official member of the "Just Work Harder Generation," and if making mistakes were an Olympic sport, I'd have a gold medal! As a fellow individual with ADHD, a therapist, ADHD Coach, entrepreneur, wife, and parent of gifted ADHD children, my life's mission revolves around addressing the unique challenges faced by those with ADHD.
My career has been a testament to this mission. I've counseled and coached individuals of all ages and families across a spectrum of challenges, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, marriage, addictions, trauma, and career development. My professional journey spans a rich tapestry of experiences, encompassing partnership development, networking, recruitment, sales, mental health counseling, and career & ADHD coaching.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with prestigious institutions such as Brown University, Division of Economic Development in NH, NE Women's Network, and Productivity, Inc. I've held pivotal roles in Workforce Development and Training Coordination, job placement expertise in various recruiting agencies within the Boston and NH markets, and directed a substantial vocational rehabilitation unit with a dedicated counseling team, focusing on clinical work and job placement. Additionally, I have undertaken extensive research, authored proposals, and secured substantial grant funding exceeding $100k for various organizations.
My passion has always been rooted in making a difference in people's lives. My mission revolves around providing ADHD coaching and programs that empower clients to gain self-awareness, clarity, and a partnership on their journey to create their best lives. I firmly believe in the transformative power of work and the connection with one's true passions, values, and interests. Nate is a graduate of Tennessee Tech University as a Communications major. He’s been trained as both an Enneagram coach, through Your Enneagram Coach, and an ADHD coach, through the ADD Coach Academy, training under leading experts in both fields.

As a certified ADHD Coach, Samantha, specializes in helping twice-exceptional (2E) individuals transition from a state of overwhelm and stress to a place of focused productivity. With over a decade of experience, Samantha combines her ADHD expertise with her background in education and mindfulness to provide well-rounded guidance. Her success is attributed to her keen intuition, cultivated social skills, and professional collaboration with internationally known neurodiversity experts.
As a former Gifted & Talented (GT) student, Samantha used her creativity and strengths to overcome her executive dysfunction by developing strategies that eventually led to her success at Florida State University. During her twenties, Samantha worked as a certified Master CRLA Lead English tutor and curriculum creator with specialized training in dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, and anxiety. Samantha began life as an ‘edu-preneur’ in 2016 by launching her own tutoring business in Princeton, NJ. Her goal was to empower her teen clients with customized tools and strategies for success beyond high school.
Today, Samantha partners with her coaching clients to harness their strengths, fostering "ah-ha" moments and breakthroughs. Tommy has spent the last eight years in Talent Acquisition. He got his start as an
agency recruiter and, within the first year, was invited to join the nation’s leading technology and
communications company. Tommy helped form an enterprise-wide analytics recruiting team for
digital, data-driven initiatives. During this time, he learned the intricacies of sourcing talent and
developed a standard for interviewing thousands of interested candidates. Tommy later guided
hiring efforts for a multi-billion dollar investment management firm and currently recruits clinical
talent for a prominent non-profit healthcare provider.
As a consultant, Tommy takes the time to understand his clients' employment goals and
helps them highlight their best aspects to be seen as hireable employees and great fits for their
desired roles. Having interviewed thousands of people, he understands firsthand what
companies are looking for, and he prepares his clients for both common and uncommon
interview questions. Tommy believes the interview process, from internships to executive-level
positions should feel seamless, honest, and natural. Not only do his clients get closer to their
goals, but he remains a part of the process long after the interview stage is complete.
Tommy believes that the most effective interviewers are able to be themselves. He
maintains a communication style built on transparency and encouragement as you enhance
