Are you an adult with ADHD—or simply someone with a busy mind and no time to unpack it? Room to Think is a supportive online gathering to help you process your thoughts, review notes from therapy or coaching, make plans, and check in with yourself.
Each Room to Think 60-minute session includes:
Join us weekly for 8 sessions from Tuesday, July 15 - Tuesday, September 2, or register for a 4-session package and choose the dates that fit your summer schedule. Also available: 1 low-cost trial session on July 8th.
All sessions will be facilitated by ADHD Trained Life Coach Ilana Gauss.
Bring your journal, your ideas, your coaching notes and your planner. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in—grab a drink, take a bio break, and prepare to be present.

Ilana is a trained adult ADHD coach and Jewish educator known for her warmth, humor, and positive approach. She has led numerous successful events in this field — both virtual and in-person — focused on community-building, psychoeducation, and wellness.
Actively involved in Jewish and ADHD communities, Ilana brings creativity, empathy, and spirituality to every client and session. Using thought-provoking questions and tools, Ilana insightfully empowers clients to self-reflect, create new neural pathways, and take more agency in the direction of their dreams.
