Join ADHD Havurah's first virtual coaching and accountability group, starting pre-Passover and lasting 8 weeks until Shavuot. We will follow the Counting of the Omer (Sefirat Ha'Omer) and use a Jewish lens to see time, support personal intentions, and enhance executive functioning. Each day of the Omer is associated with specific spiritual virtues (Sefirot), which we will explore as opportunities for self-reflection and personal growth.
Weekly sessions will blend learning, guided reflection, and group sharing, with actionable steps to apply throughout the week. Additionally, we’ll have the option to stay connected and accountable through daily WhatsApp check-ins over video or text each day of the Omer.
Together we will embark on a Kabbalistic journey to count the Omer, cultivating foundational qualities and rooting into our integrity. This practice will support us in showing up fully for ourselves and our community, and prepares us to receive the Torah on Shavuot.
Two group times available! Select Wednesday evenings at 5pm PST/8pm EST or mid-day Thursdays at 11:30am PST/2:30pm EST. Each 90-minute meeting includes 30 minutes for body doubling.
Registration Fee: $360.
What is "Counting of the Omer"?
"Counting of the Omer" (Sefirat Ha'Omer) is a 49-day Jewish tradition rooted in an ancient practice in which an "omer" (a unit) of barley was offered at the Temple in Jerusalem to mark the start of the harvest.
Over time, it evolved into a ritual linking freedom (Passover) to purpose (Shavuot). Today, many people, regardless of religious observance, use this 7-week period as an opportunity for mindfulness and personal growth.
All levels of Jewish observance are welcome.
